Our office is centrally located in Cologne’s university district. In close proximity amongst others are the University of Cologne Institute of Air and Space Law, the Institute of Foreign Private and Private International Law, the Institute of Foreign and International Criminal Law and the Institute for Media and Communications Law. »

Air and Transport Law

Our office’s customer base includes airlines operating internationally, whose legal interests are comprehensively represented. These include amongst other things drafting contracts, designing general terms and conditions of business or terms and conditions of carriage. »

Commercial Law

Our core activity as lawyers is to support companies regarding issues involving national and international commercial law. We are at your disposal for matters of trade and company law, competition law, and trade mark and copyright law. »

Labour Law

Labour law practice requires taking account of changes on an almost daily basis. Our comprehensive practical experience and continuous involvement in these constant changes to labour law enable us to offer a comprehensive and appropriate representation of your interests. »

Criminal Law

The sector of criminal law requires in particular an effective defence since it allows for substantial encroachments upon the citizens’ rights by the State. Our services extent in particular to criminal defence regarding white-collar crimes and fiscal offences. »
